Tenancy by the entirety is a way to own property. In Florida, tenancy by the entirety is property that’s owned by a husband and wife. Sometimes on the deed, it will say “Tenancy by the entirety,” and other times, it will say, “Mr. and Mrs. Smith, husband and wife.”
